Program participants meet in the Rowe Visitor Center's Pine Room at our Rowe Woods location.
Who lives in the forest of Rowe Woods? What creatures inhabit the banks of our stream, or the shores of our ponds? What are the animals that leave footprints in the mud and snow? Learn the basics of becoming a tracker. We’ll go through the basics on tracking and venture outside to see what stories we can find along the trails.
What to wear/bring: This program will take place entirely outside. Please dress for the weather and bring your own masks. Whether indoors or outdoors, masks are required for all adults and children in Kindergarten through 12th grade at all Cincinnati Nature Center programs. Masks are to be worn outside when one cannot consistently be spaced 6 feet apart. Masks are also required to be worn while inside all facilities (for example, Rowe Visitor Center, restroom, etc.).
Members $10; nonmembers $15 (includes daily admission).
*Please note that cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance of the event. No refunds or transfers of fees will occur if the request is made less than two weeks prior to the event. All programs continue, rain or shine.
Important Information For All Program Registrants: Please retain your order number, retain an electronic copy of your order, or print off a copy of the email acknowledgement as a receipt. You may be asked for your order number from your transaction to gain entry at the gate/to attend your program.
Cincinnati Nature Center will run advertised programs and events in accordance with current guidelines outlined by the CDC and local health agencies. The status or format of programs may change based on COVID-19 best practices and conditions at the time of the program. In the event that Cincinnati Nature Center cancels a program, full refunds will be issued.
