Getting Started with Mason Bees 3/13/2018

Program participants meet in the green Cottage at our Rowe Woods location.
In this family-friendly hands-on class, we’ll cover best practices for attracting and raising mason bees including nest placement, seasonal care needs, natural history, fall cocoon harvest and bee-friendly landscaping practices. We’ll tour the Bee Hotel and help with some bee projects. Each registrant will be provided with ten nesting tubes so you can start your own bee mini-hotel just in time for the upcoming mason bee season.
Members $7; nonmembers $11 (includes daily admission).
*Please note that cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance of the event. No refunds or transfers of fees will occur if the request is made less than two weeks prior to the event. All programs continue, rain or shine.
Important Information For All Program Registrants: Please retain your order number or print off a copy of the email acknowledgement as a receipt. You will need your order number from your transaction to gain entry at the gate/to attend your program.
