Registered program participants should meet in the lobby of Rowe Woods Visitor Center. Please bring a mask if you are able. As with all Cincinnati Nature Center programs, participants are encouraged but not mandated to wear masks while participating in an outdoor program. Masks, however, are required to be worn while inside all facilities (for example, Rowe Visitor Center, restroom, etc.).
Were you born in 1964 or earlier? Do you enjoy walking in the woods? Connect with other nature-loving people for a lively social gathering each week. Rebecca Snow and Ray Derrick, our volunteer guides will lead you on a short hike followed by good conversation in the Library of the Rowe Visitor Center. It’s the perfect place to find friendship, fun, and the great outdoors.
Free to members; nonmembers pay daily admission at the gate or can purchase tickets online for $9. Online tickets purchased for nonmembers include admission.
*Please note that cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance of the event. No refunds or transfers of fees will occur if the request is made less than two weeks prior to the event. All programs continue, rain or shine.
Important Information For All Program Registrants: Please retain your order number or print off a copy of the email acknowledgement as a receipt. You will need your order number from your transaction to gain entry at the gate/to attend your program.
Cincinnati Nature Center will run advertised programs and events in accordance with current guidelines outlined by the CDC and local health agencies. The status or format of programs may change based on COVID-19 best practices and conditions at the time of the program. In the event that Cincinnati Nature Center cancels a program, full refunds will be issued.
