Saturday February 25

9:30 AM  –  11:30 AM

Registration opens on December 1st at 9:00 AM.  Preregistration is required for all children participating. 

This program is for children ages 5-6 and registration includes all four dates for the program:

February 25, Nature’s Sweet Treat - It’s the sweetest time of year: maple season! We’ll hike through the woods to collect sap from the trees and taste the delicious final product after the sap has been boiled down into syrup.

March 18, Senses in Nature - How do animals rely on their senses to survive in nature? We’ll put our own senses to the test this session to find out!

April 8, Birds of Prey - We’ll learn about these cool winged predators and how their special features help them keep their place in the food web. Don’t miss this session- it’ll be a hoot!

May 20, Pond Exploration - We’ll grab our nets and head out to explore the ponds of CNC. What lives there and how do things survive in the pond? Let’s discover the pond together!

Members $48; nonmembers $68. Preregistration required and includes full series.
