Woodland Wildflowers – Using Science and Stories to “See” the Forest 3/24/2019

This event is no longer on sale.

Sunday March 24

2:30 PM  –  4:00 PM

Preregistration is required. This program is designed for adults.

Program participants should meet in the Rowe Visitor Center lobby at our Rowe Woods location.

For a few short weeks in early spring, woodland wildflowers spring to life, carpeting the forest floor until a canopy of tree leaves blocks out the light. While hiking and learning to identify flowers, we’ll unveil a relationship between ants, 100-year-old wildflowers and the trees above them.

Member $5; nonmembers $14 (includes daily admission).

*Please note that cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance of the event. No refunds or transfers of fees will occur if the request is made less than two weeks prior to the event. Programs are rain or shine.

Important Information For All Program Registrants:  Please retain an electronic copy of your order number or save/print off a copy of the email acknowledgement as a receipt.  You may be asked for your order number from your transaction to gain entry at the gate/to attend your program.
