Tuning In (And Out)
In our always-on world, it can be difficult to find the time and space to check in with yourself and the natural world. Find out what an “eco-solo” is, learn about forest bathing, and think about ways to tune in to nature and tune out the digital. Speakers include Emma Taylor, Public Programs Fellow at the Cincinnati Nature Center, and Ellen Foley, Forest Therapy Guide.
About the presenters:
Ellen Foley is a Forest Therapy Guide certified with The Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. Ellen’s experiences finding solace in nature inspire her to guide others in mindfully walking through and connecting with the natural world.
Emma Taylor is the Public Programs Fellow at the Cincinnati Nature Center. She loves practicing mindfulness in nature, and even studied with Thai Buddhist monks during her masters work.
Free; nonmembers pay daily admission. Online tickets purchased for nonmembers include admission.
