Preregistration required. This program is geared towards women and girls ages 12 and up.
Program participants should meet at the Kiosk outside of the Rowe Woods Visitor Center.
Celebrate the Winter Solstice with us! Join us on our award-winning trails as we mindfully “unplug” from our daily lives and “plug into nature”. This will be a 2-stage trail run. Stage 1 will be approximately 2 miles on beginning-intermediate trails. Stage 2 will be approximately 3 miles on intermediate-advanced trails. Join us for Stage 1 only or continue on for the full 5-mile experience. Appropriate for ages 12 and up.
Members $5; nonmembers $14 (includes admission).
What to bring: Please also bring your own masks. Whether indoors or outdoors, masks are required for all adults and children in Kindergarten through 12th grade at all Cincinnati Nature Center programs. Masks are to be worn outside when one cannot consistently be spaced 6 feet apart. Masks are also required to be worn while inside all facilities (for example, Rowe Visitor Center, restroom, etc.).
*Please note that cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance of the event. No refunds or transfers of fees will occur if the request is made less than two weeks prior to the event.
Important Information For All Program Registrants: Please retain your order number or print off a copy of the email acknowledgement as a receipt. You may be asked for your order number from your transaction to gain entry at the gate/to attend your program.
Cincinnati Nature Center will run advertised programs and events in accordance with current guidelines outlined by the CDC and local health agencies. The status or format of programs may change based on COVID-19 best practices and conditions at the time of the program. In the event that Cincinnati Nature Center cancels a program, full refunds will be issued.
