Preregistration is required for each teacher. Please provide name and contact information for each registrant.
Program participants will meet at Groesbeck Lodge at Cincinnati Nature Center's Rowe Woods location (4949 Tealtown Rd, Milford, OH 45150).
Escape your daily stressors for this event with Cincinnati Nature Center and 1N5. We'll enjoy hiking, participation in 1N5's "Recharge + Reconnect" experience, and free giveaways to all registrants. Teachers will have the opportunity to celebrate recent successes, acknowledge challenges, and explore ideas for fostering connection and mental wellness. Dial in to the sights, sounds and smells of the forest, and practice being present to end your school year with a deep breath.
What to bring: Please bring your own personal drinking water and your own mask. Cincinnati Nature Center is following the guidance of the CDC which continues to require masks for all adults indoors (for example, Rowe Visitor Center, restroom, etc) and outdoors when one cannot consistently maintain a six-foot distance. All individuals are included regardless of vaccination status.
No cost for teachers of public and private schools, PreK through 12th grade.
Cincinnati Nature Center will run advertised programs and events in accordance with current guidelines outlined by the CDC and local health agencies. The status or format of programs may change based on COVID-19 best practices and conditions at the time of the program.
