Join us at Cincinnati Nature Center's Rowe Woods location for a fun outdoor group experience! We are located in Milford, Ohio at 4949 Tealtown Road, just east of Cincinnati. Our grounds span 1,025 acres (including 65 acres of old growth forest) and offer more than 16 miles of hiking trails.
All groups must preregister below at least two weeks in advance of date. If SOLD OUT appears in left corner of registration form, the date is unavailable for registration. Please select another date for a group visit.
Large groups must divide into smaller groups of 12 or less when hiking the trails. These small groups must include at least one adult as leader. This policy reduces trail impact, minimizes noise and disruptions to other hikers, and provides the best experience for all group participants.
We do not offer guided programs for groups of children visiting in the summer. We do offer staff-led field trips for school groups during the school year. Please go to the "School Programs" tab on our website for more information.
Our policies posted on our website will provide information to help you plan your visit at Cincinnati Nature Center, including information on our picnic areas. The Nature PlayScape and our award-winning trails are wonderful treasures for our community to access. We ask that you make sure that all group leaders review our policies for our Nature PlayScape and our trails. We want to encourage a safe and pleasurable experience for all of our visitors.
Orientation:
- Our staff will provide all summer children's groups with a brief orientation and suggest activities for your group.
Group Rate (For groups of 12 or more paying guests):
- $0 per child aged 1-3 years
- $5 per child aged 4-12 years
- $8 per person aged 13 years and up
Availability:
- Children's groups are welcome in the summer from Tuesday, May 30 through Thursday, August 24, 2023. You must preregister online.
Arrival:
- Groups may arrive at 10 am for this reservation.
Departure:
- Groups may depart any time before 1 pm.
Maximum Visitors:
- A maximum of 60 total people (adults and children combined) are permitted to register and visit Cincinnati Nature Center at one time.
Payment:
- You will pay all admission fees at the gate on the date that you arrive. You can pay by check or credit card for all adults and children who enter our grounds.
Confirmation:
- You will immediately receive a confirmation for your date after registering.
- You will also receive a reminder for your visit at a later date. Please read and adhere to guidelines and policies provided in your confirmation.
- Our registration team will contact you via email prior to your visit date. Please include the contact information for the individual responsible for your group visit in the registrant section below. This will be the person that we send an email reminder for the visit.
By registering below, you agree to the following policies:
Pet Policy for Programs: For the comfort and safety of all guests, no pets are allowed at programs or events. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. Therapy animals, whose function is to provide comfort or emotional support, do not qualify as service animals. For more information about pets on our grounds, please see our pet policies on our

Visitation Policy: Cincinnati Nature Center may update the status or format of visits based on conditions at the time of the program.
With this completed reservation, you may receive a ticket to confirm your reservation only. The emailed ticket serves only to confirm your reservation. Actual payment of admission fees is due upon group's arrival on grounds. Place a "1" in the box to reserve your space for your group and then press the button to register. Follow all prompts. You will receive an email to confirm that your reservation has been made. As a reminder, you will pay at the gate for your group on the day of your arrival.
