This will be a live, virtual class. This class will take place with Zoom meeting platform. Your link to attend the meeting will be sent in a follow up email which will be sent immediately after registration. You do not need the Zoom application to participate. Are you itching to “know” poison ivy? We’ll provide a rash of answers and unveil the many ecological curiosities of poison ivy, discovering that there is more to this three-leaved gem than meets the eye.
In this live virtual class, we will cover a range of topics, including:
- Tips for effective identification
- Different management techniques
- Understanding poison ivy’s role in our ecosystems
- The science behind that pesky rash
- Naturalist tips for how to avoid getting poison ivy

Cincinnati Nature Center will run advertised programs and events in accordance with current guidelines outlined by the CDC and local health agencies. The status or format of programs may change based on COVID-19 best practices and conditions at the time of the program. In the event that Cincinnati Nature Center cancels a program, full refunds will be issued.
