Foraged Charcuterie Making

This event is no longer on sale.

Friday June 9

6:30 PM  –  8:30 PM

Preregistration required by June 9 at 8 am. This is an adult class offering suitable for ages 21+.

It’s charcuterie with a twist! Join us as we elevate this iconic spread of fruits, cheeses, and meats to craft our very own foraged versions. In this class, we’ll take a short stroll to see some of the many edible plants that grow wild all around us and will explore the art of crafting the perfect board. To cap it all off, we’ll create and dine on our own charcuterie boards, using locally foraged hors d’oeuvres, fruits, and nuts. All class recipients will receive one handmade wooden serving board (theirs to keep), as well as one complimentary glass of wine to be enjoyed during the class. Additional wine and beer will be available for purchase.

Registered program participants should meet at our historic Krippendorf Lodge at our Rowe Woods location.

Member adult $50; nonmember adult $60 (include daily admission).
