You may have heard that soil is what plants grow in and dirt is what gets on our clothes. But what is mud? From construction material to nutritional source, mud is a vital part of the life of many creatures that call Cincinnati Nature Center home. Searching in diverse habitats with a naturalist, families will explore the ways that animals have adapted to use mud.
Members $7; nonmembers $11 (includes daily admission).
What to bring: Please bring your own mask. Cincinnati Nature Center is following the guidance of the CDC which continues to require masks for all adults and children in kindergarten through 12th grade for indoors (for example, Rowe Visitor Center, restroom, etc) and outdoors when one cannot consistently maintain a six-foot distance. All individuals kindergarten and up are included regardless of vaccination status.
