Contemplative Nature Walks - Lao Tzu

Preregistration is required. A program for adults.

Program participants meet in the Rowe Woods Visitor Center auditorium.

Join weekend naturalist Jonathan Duerbeck for a leisurely guided walk centered around receiving nature more deeply. Be prepared to observe, reflect, and share what you see.

Observe the giving and receiving flow of nature, guided by the profound words attributed to the Chinese philosopher, Lao Tzu. Lao Tzu was the legendary author of the ancient Chinese text, The Tao Te Ching. On this easy walk, you’ll be invited to write what you observe, and share your discoveries and experiences.

Members $5; nonmembers $14 (includes daily admission). 

 

*Please note that cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance of the event. No refunds or transfers of fees will occur if the request is made less than two weeks prior to the event. All programs continue, rain or shine.                                 

 

Important Information For All Program Registrants: Please retain your order number or print off a copy of the email acknowledgement as a receipt.  You will need your order number from your transaction to gain entry at the gate/to attend your program.
