Preregistration required for all participants. Geared for adults and children ages 9 and up with a caregiver.
Program participants should meet at the Abner Hollow Cabin (near the Nature PlayScape) at our Rowe Woods location.
Join us on the “midnight of the year” for a modern observance of an ancient tradition. Gather around a fire and explore the history of this event and the modern day symbolism that is with us today. Lit by the light of the full moon, our group hikes will deepen our understanding of the significance of the solstice as we look forward to the rebirth of spring. Complete with traditional music and bites! This hike is entirely outside; dress accordingly.
Member $8; nonmembers $15 (includes daily admission).
*Please note that cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance of the event. No refunds or transfers of fees will occur if the request is made less than two weeks prior to the event.
Important Information For All Program Registrants: Please retain your order number or print off a copy of the email acknowledgement as a receipt. You will need your order number from your transaction to gain entry at the gate/to attend your program.
